Domestic Orders (Colombia)

Domestic orders are shipped through the shipping company ENVÍA, which is responsible for the safe delivery of our shipments nationwide.

Our delivery times are 1-7 business days, regardless of the date on which the order is placed and may vary depending on the time of year and place of destination.

Delivery times do not apply to promotions or special events.

PARCHITA PACIFLORA S.A.S. reserves the right to cancel any order for products not available on the date of shipment and will inform the customer of such cancellation.

International Orders

International orders are shipped through DHL EXPRESS, which is responsible for the safe delivery of our shipments abroad.

Delivery times are 3-8 business days, which may vary due to retentions or delays in customs or by local authorities as well as the destination of the shipment.

These delivery times do not apply to promotions or special events.

The customer will be able to calculate the shipping cost to the place of destination once all the products have been selected and the payment is being processed.

The shipping cost must always be borne by the customer.

Duties and Taxes 

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes which will always be borne by the customer. Limits for duty free shipments are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. Please consult your local customs website for more information

ORDER PROCESSING 

Delivery times are effective from the date of shipment from our facilities to the address indicated by the customer.

Once the customer has completed the order on the website, he/she will receive an order confirmation email.

For credit and debit card or PSE payments the PayU payment platform must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data entered, which may take up to 1 business day. At the time of payment approval, the customer will receive an email with the payment confirmation.

Please note that:

If payment is confirmed Monday through Friday, the first business day will be the date the customer receives confirmation of payment. The order processing time will be effective from that date.

If payment is confirmed Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the processing time will start from the next business day of the confirmation by PayU.

PARCHITA PACIFLORA S.A.S. ships Monday through Friday all orders placed through the website, except on national holidays. Our cut-off time for shipping is 11 a.m. CST. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed the next business day.

All shipments will be subject to payment verification and validation of in-stock merchandise.

PARCHITA PACIFLORA S.A. will allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation notification containing the tracking number, through which you will be able to track the updated status of your order through the carrier's website.

Deliveries cannot be made on a specific schedule as it depends on the internal logistics and travel time of the delivery routes of the carrier.

For deliveries in Colombia, the product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature on the carrier's waybill shall be sufficient. The above applies to residential complexes or buildings with concierge service, upon receipt and signature by the concierge.

In case the product has signs of damage or breakage in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it in the carrier's waybill as an observation and then contact us through the following channels:
