Return and exchange policy
At PARCHITA PACIFLORA SA we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, for purchases in Colombia you will be able to exchange your item(s) or obtain a credit for the amount of your purchase in the online store. Exchanges or refunds do not apply for international purchases.
Items requiring exchanges or returns must have all tickets and labels, must not have been worn or washed, and must be in the same condition in which they were shipped with the original packaging and box. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If an item is returned after 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the address provided (based on the delivery date provided as proof by the carrier), we will return the item to the customer and the credit card used in the purchase will be charged for all additional charges related to the return transportation.
Any product purchased at a discount is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The website's return and exchange form can also be requested through parchitapaciflora@gmail.com. This form is required to accept any return or exchange at our warehouse. Any package arriving at our facilities without this form will be returned to the customer's address of origin and the credit card used in the purchase will be charged for all additional costs related to the return transportation.
When requesting a return, be sure to include our website return and exchange form with the appropriate information, including your full name, address, order number and the reason for returning the item.
All product returns for reference or color changes will be accepted only within 30 days from the date the customer received the items.
Returns for refunds in the form of Parchita credit are accepted only within 20 days from the date the customer received the items. All returns or exchanges must be sent to the following address, once you have received the return and exchange forms from our team:
